IWC Da Vinci 42mm “Laureus Sport for Good Foundation” Watch IW393402. The mesmerising Da Vinci Chronograph Edition “Laureus Sport for Good Foundation” marks the organising of another children’s drawing competition by IWC throughout all the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation projects. Part of the proceeds from the sales of this beautiful watch will help to finance the Foundation’s projects. The timepiece Features a flyback function which allows the gentleman to delete ongoing chronograph time measurements for a new measurement to be started. The in-house 89361-calibre is a chronograph movement that will operate for an astonishing 68 hours before requiring to be wound again.
The movement also Features a double-pawl automatic winding system to offer such impressive power. Gentlemen who enjoy the technique behind IWC’s manufacturing capability will enjoy facilitating the two chronograph pushers at 2 and 4 o’clock on a beautifully polished bezel. Chronograph hour and minutes are combined in the 2 o’clock totalizer, whilst the seconds are presented in the 6 o’clock location. Other classic examples of IWC’s beautiful watch engineering are highlighted by a sapphire crystal glass front which protects the sumptuous midnight blue dial, and a legible date display at 6 o’clock. The latter has been dressed against a bright white background to enhance readability and combines well with the silver contrasting elements against the rich blue backdrop.
